1. Service

PredictEdge ("we", "us") is an analytics platform owned and operated by Acid Drip Software. We provide statistical sports predictions, odds comparison, and related information. We do not accept, place, process, or transmit any wagers.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to use this service, or the legal age for sports wagering where you live if that age is higher. This is the same 21+ standard shown throughout the site and in the Acid Drip Software terms of service. You are responsible for ensuring sports wagering is legal in your jurisdiction before acting on any information surfaced by PredictEdge.

3. No guarantees

Predictions are statistical projections, not guarantees. Past performance of any prediction model does not predict future performance. Sports wagering carries significant financial risk; you may lose all amounts wagered. PredictEdge is not liable for any losses incurred from acting on information presented on this site or in the mobile app.

4. Accounts & subscriptions

PredictEdge offers a free tier plus two paid tiers, Pro and Elite. Paid tiers differ only in how much of each day's published board they unlock; the graded historical record is free for everyone, on every tier, and no tier changes the predictions themselves.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing credentials, or reselling access, is grounds for termination without refund.

5. Billing, renewal & cancellation

Subscriptions bought on this website are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never see or store your card number. Current prices, in US dollars, are: Pro $9.99 per month or $99.99 per year; Elite $29.99 per month or $299.99 per year. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown at checkout.

These are auto-renewing subscriptions. Except during a free trial (below), your card is charged at the start of each billing period — every month for a monthly plan, every twelve months for an annual plan — and renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan until you cancel. We will email you before any price change takes effect on your plan, and you may cancel rather than accept it.

Free trials. We currently offer a 3-day free trial on the Pro Monthly plan, for subscriptions bought on this website. It is limited to one per account and is available only to accounts that have never subscribed here before; if you have subscribed before, checkout charges you immediately at the normal price, and Stripe shows you which of the two applies before you confirm anything. A payment method is required to start a trial. Unless you cancel first, the trial converts automatically at the end of the third day into a paid Pro Monthly subscription at the price shown at checkout, and bills monthly from then on. Cancel at any point during the trial — “Manage billing” on the pricing page — and you are not charged at all. Free trials apply to website subscriptions only; there is no introductory offer in the mobile apps.

Cancel anytime. Sign in and use “Manage billing” on the pricing page to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel, change plan, update your card, or download invoices. A cancellation stops the next renewal; your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not prorated.

Refunds. If you are not satisfied, email support@predictedge.bet within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that charge in full and end the subscription. After 14 days, charges for a period already served are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and are typically settled by Stripe within 5–10 business days. Because we sell information rather than an outcome, we do not offer refunds on the basis of how any bet or set of bets performed.

Subscriptions bought inside the iOS or Android apps are a separate channel. The apps are not yet published in either store; when they launch, in-app subscriptions will be billed by the Apple App Store or Google Play, managed and cancelled from your device settings, and refunded under that platform's policy rather than this one.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit predictions without written permission. Automated access at volumes exceeding normal consumer use may result in API rate-limiting or account termination.

7. Changes

We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be flagged on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
