What we collect

Browsing the site signed out, we collect only the standard server logs (IP, user agent, referer) needed to serve the site and detect abuse. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

If you create an account we store your email address and a one-way hash of your password (never the password itself), plus your subscription state and the sportsbook and display preferences you set. Your sign-in token is held in your own browser's local storage and is sent only to api.predictedge.bet.

In the mobile app, we collect a per-device random ID (used to sync your favorites and subscription state) and a notification token, if you opt in. What you have viewed stays on your device — there is no server-side record of the games or cards you look at. We do not collect your location. Weather is attached to the STADIUM a game is played at, not to you, and is looked up from the fixture rather than from your device. We collect no contacts and no advertising identifiers.

Payments & subscriptions

Subscription state (tier, billing period, expiry) is stored on our server, keyed to your account when you have one and to your device ID in the app when you do not.

We never see or store your card details. Subscriptions bought on this website are processed by Stripe, which collects your payment information directly and acts as an independent controller of it under its own privacy policy. We receive from Stripe only a customer reference, the plan you bought, its status and renewal date, and the last four digits and brand of the card for display on receipts. Your email address is shared with Stripe so it can send you receipts and so your subscription can be matched to your account.

Subscriptions bought inside the mobile apps, once those apps launch, will instead be billed by Apple or Google; their receipts are validated server-side through Apple/Google's APIs and stored without personally identifying information.

Analytics

We use first-party analytics only (no Google Analytics, no Facebook pixel). Aggregated counts of page views, feature use, and error rates help us improve the product.

Your rights

Email privacy@predictedge.bet to request access, correction, or deletion of any data tied to your account or device ID. We respond within 30 days. Deleting your account does not by itself cancel an active subscription — cancel it first from Manage billing, or from your device settings for an in-app subscription.

Children

PredictEdge is intended for adults only — 21 or older, or the legal age for sports wagering where you live if that is higher. This matches the 21+ notice shown across the site. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly serve anyone under 21.
